Government drops below 60 seats in poll

For the first time since forming in December 2022, the SVM government is predicted to receive less than one-third of the vote, with only 33.1 percent in a Voxmeter poll. This would result in 59 seats, which is a 30-seat decrease from the 2022 election results. Socialdemokratiet are at 19.2 percent, while Venstre have 9.9 percent. Moderaterne have a low 4.0 percent following recent turmoil. SF is predicted to get 16.3 percent of the votes, becoming the second largest party. They are on an upward trend, almost perfectly mirroring Socialdemokratiets decline of 8.3 percentage points. The traditional red bloc is set to secure exactly 50.0 percent of the votes and 89 seats. Liberal Alliance and Danmarksdemokraterne hold 13.9 percent and 11.1 percent, respectively. The poll is based on interviews with 1,002 people from November 4 to November 10.
