Danish ministry advises exit from Iran

Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen urged restraint after explosions in Iran and expressed concern about another attack in the Middle East following Iran’s destructive assaults on Israel. Denmark has tightened its travel advisory for Iran, advising its citizens to leave the country. Rasmussen stated the government is working with partners to prevent a regional war. Iranian media reported explosions in Isfahan province, with U.S. officials attributing it to Israeli retaliation, although Israel has not officially commented. Iran downplayed the events and cast doubt on Israel’s involvement. Following Iran’s droning and missile attacks on Israel, which were mostly thwarted, the world anticipated Israel’s response. The Danish Foreign Ministry’s travel guidance was updated to encourage departure from Iran due to the unpredictable situation and potential for rapid escalation.
