Rental platform hits 100M revenue
BoligPortal, a platform for rental properties, has surpassed 100 million kroner in revenue for the first time, reporting 107 million kroner in the last year, which is a 14% increase from the previous year. The platform earns income from subscriptions paid by those seeking housing, as well as from collecting and selling market data. Over 100,000 individuals found a new home via BoligPortal last year. Additionally, a new deal with Nykredit aims to make property valuations more streamlined and accurate using live data. CEO Anders Hyldborg is optimistic about the continued development of better products throughout 2024.
