Suspect confesses to 42 women killings in Kenya

The main suspect, a 33-year-old, in the case involving the discovery of several mutilated bodies at a Kenyan landfill admitted to killing 42 women, Kenyan police disclosed according to AFP. Since Friday, dismembered bodies have been appearing at the dumpsite in Nairobi with nine found so far. ‘We are dealing with a serial killer, a psychopathic serial killer with no respect for human life,’ said investigation leader Mohamed Amin at a press conference. Another suspect has also been arrested, although their role is unclear. The police are considering possible motives including a cult or medical practitioners’ connections. The women found, aged between 18 and 30, were similarly killed and dismembered. This case follows another grim case involving over 400 bodies found in Kenyan forests last year.
