Information: Voluntary environmental regulation is meaningless

Now must be the end of the government’s voluntary agreements on agricultural pollution. The government wants to give “one last chance” to the voluntary agreements with agriculture to protect the drinking water, but four decades of agreements with agriculture show that voluntary environmental regulation is meaningless.
