Palestinian camp to meet with university head

Representatives from a Pro-Palestinian protest camp at the University of Copenhagen will meet with the university’s rector and prorector on Monday afternoon, as informed by Students Against Occupation, the organization behind the camp. Five delegates, including two Palestinian students, will attend the 45-minute meeting scheduled for 3:45 PM, although no specific agenda has been set. The organization hopes to determine if the university is willing to discuss the demands made when the camp was established a week ago, expressing dissatisfaction with the university’s investment policy. One of the six demands is for the university to ensure full financial transparency regarding their investments in companies with ties to Israel.
