Pernille Rosenkrantz-Theil, the Social Democratic Party’s mayoral candidate in Copenhagen, fears that Copenhagen could be as severely affected by Airbnb’s pressure on apartment prices in attractive neighborhoods. In 30 years, the price per square meter in Copenhagen has increased by 653 percent. But it’s just so easy to hate Airbnb.
