Grundfos eyes Russia sales inquiry

Grundfos has called a meeting with two Turkish customers suspected of re-selling its products to Russian firms, contravening EU sanctions. At least 40 instances of such imports by Russian companies from September last year to January have been reported by Radio IIII, citing data from Importgenius. The items can be militarily repurposed though not designed for defense. Communications Director Astrid Nørgaard Friis said the upcoming meeting aims to prevent further unauthorized sales. One Turkish company denied the allegations, the other has not commented. Grundfos has been distancing itself from the Russian market since the Ukraine conflict began and only recently finalized the sale of its Russia-based company due to regulatory approvals.
