Børsen: In Europe’s moment of destiny, old parties must take greater responsibility

The election in Germany could become a moment of destiny for the whole of Europe. A rise in right-wing popularity may take on an extra serious dimension if responsible parties fail to act in unison – or allow a new government to govern effectively. A paralyzed German government is the last thing Europe needs.
