Composer to lead danish entertainment orchestra
John Frandsen, a composer and current program director of the Danish Entertainment Orchestra, will take over as director starting August 1st on a one-year contract. This appointment follows the departure of Andreas Vetö in early July due to several instances of inappropriate behavior. John Frandsen expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration with musicians, conductors, the administration, the board, and external partners, as well as engagement with the orchestra’s loyal audience. Have Communication announced this on behalf of the orchestra in a press release.
