Hamas accused of Weapon stash in Denmark

German prosecutors assert that Hamas had a weapon stash in Denmark, emptied in 2019, and four suspected members were arrested for their involvement in European arms storage. One accused transported a pistol from Denmark to Germany. Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen would not discuss the specifics, but she criticized Hamas’ widespread hatred. The maintained arsenals were purportedly for potential attacks on Jewish targets in Europe. The same individual is believed to have established a Bulgarian cache, containing firearms like an AK-47, which was checked in August 2023. The suspects’ search for a Polish weapons hideout was reportedly fruitless. Hamas is designated as a terrorist organization by the EU and the US.
