21-year-old jailed for arson-terror at jewish woman’s home
A 21-year-old male is charged and detained on terrorism counts for committing arson at a Jewish individual’s residence in May. The incident took place late at night and involved combustible liquid set to balcony furniture, risking the fire’s spread. He denied the allegations. The suspect, with alleged Loyal To Familia (LTF) gang ties, has been held since July and is suspected of reconnaissance of the victim’s area. Name bans are in place for both convicted and victim. Danish Police and the Security Intelligence Service are investigating, with ongoing concerns over threats to Jewish and Israeli entities in Denmark. The security level, however, remains unchanged.
