Jyllands-Posten: Emma was reduced to a case number

The European Court of Human Rights ruled this week that Emma was violated when, due to a series of errors in case processing, her rape report was never tried in court. It would be appropriate if Minister of Justice Peter Hummelgaard (S) informs on how the Ministry of Justice and other authorities have acted in the case?
