Anti Doping Denmark increases centers with free year

The number of fitness centers collaborating with Anti Doping Danmark has increased significantly from 369 to 633 since last October, representing about 60% of Danish fitness centers. This growth results from a targeted recruitment effort made possible by funding from the Ministry of Culture, allowing Anti Doping Danmark to offer free collaboration in 2025. New partnerships include crossfit chains Arca and Butchers Lab, and the training chain Loop. Collaboration involves unannounced visits from consultants to discuss training, supplements, and doping, with the ability to conduct doping tests. Signs of doping include rapid physical development and certain behavioral indicators. Those testing positive are banned for two years from affiliated centers. Anti Doping Danmark aims to collaborate with 80-90% of centers, emphasizing the voluntary nature of partnerships. It’s mandatory for centers to indicate collaboration with Anti Doping Danmark.
