Trump predicted to win key states PA and WI
Edison Research has projected Republican Donald Trump to win the swing states of Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. With 92% of votes counted in Pennsylvania, Trump leads with 51.1%, while Democrat Kamala Harris has 47.8%. In Wisconsin, after counting 85% of the vote, Trump holds 51.1% against Harris’s 47.3%. Trump was earlier declared the winner in North Carolina, and AP also announced him victorious in Georgia. The remaining swing states include Arizona, Michigan, and Nevada. Winning Pennsylvania and Wisconsin would grant Trump 19 and 10 electoral votes, respectively. Pennsylvania, with the largest population and highest number of electoral votes among the swing states, is considered the most crucial to secure in the presidential election. A total of at least 270 electoral votes is required to clinch the presidency.
