55-year-old Danish tourist attacked with knife in NYC

A 55-year-old Danish tourist was unexpectedly attacked from behind with a knife in New York City, sustaining facial and ear injuries.The incident took place on West 86th Street, Upper West Side around 10:30 AM local time, according to surveillance footage released by New York Post. The victim was transported to a hospital and is now in stable condition. Following the attack, the perpetrator, who yelled ‘fuck you guys,’ fled the scene, and the tourist sought help at a nearby building. The assailant has not been apprehended. This stabbing occurred two days after another attacker killed three people in a separate knife attack in Manhattan.
