Nicolai Dyhr resigns from 20 Bankruptcy cases
Nicolai Dyhr has resigned as the trustee from over 20 ongoing bankruptcy cases across various regions including Odense, Roskilde, and Nykøbing Falster, as reported by TV 2. This comes after he was removed by the Maritime and Commercial Court from 58 cases. Dyhr, featured in TV 2’s controversial documentary ‘The Black Swan’, was seen advising criminals on fraud, an act for which he claims to have been extracting information from his clients. Subsequently, he was fired from the law firm Horten. Dyhr acknowledges his ‘foolish’ actions but denies any illegality. TV 2’s attempts to obtain comments from Dyhr have been unsuccessful. Moreover, the Tax Agency has excluded him from their lawyer panel while reviewing cases where Dyhr was involved and the state was a creditor.
