Berlingske: Shut down the regions and empower the patients

The only thing missing in the governmental model is strengthened patient rights, where, in principle, the money follows the citizens. This would automatically lead to fruitful competition and private sector participation in the healthcare system, giving citizens influence through choices in an otherwise centralized healthcare system.
