Adam Price won’t sue over Diez book

Drama writer and TV chef Adam Price announced in a Weekendavisen op-ed that he will not file a lawsuit against Katherine Diez, who detailed intimate aspects of their past relationship in a book. Despite previously considering legal action for what he deemed a ‘deliberate invasion’ of privacy, Price cited the fast-paced media cycle as a reason to decline litigation. The relationship with Diez, which lasted from 2022 until early 2024, was controversial due to plagiarism allegations concerning Diez. Price admitted to infidelity in the relationship but emphasized such matters as belonging to private life. People’s Press, the publishing house, claims Price had sufficient time to raise objections prior to the book’s publication. The book also delves into Diez’s personal struggles, including drug abuse and disorderly experiences.
