The broad political agreement on the tripartite is a huge victory for SVM – but the green opposition also has reason to be satisfied. The plans and individual elements will still be open to criticism. However, with the enormous breadth of the agreements, both in terms of participants and politically, the voices of the fringes are unlikely to dominate.
