Poll: SF surpasses S as Denmark’s largest party

In a Voxmeter survey, Green Left (SF) has surpassed the Social Democrats (S) to become Denmark’s largest party, attaining 18.8% of votes. The Social Democrats have fallen to 18.4%, marking the first time in almost a decade they are not in the lead. This is a significant setback from the 2022 election when the Social Democrats received 27.5% of the votes. Conversely, SF has seen a significant rally from their previous 8.3% in the last election. The current coalition, consisting of the Social Democrats, Venstre, and Moderates, is down to 62 seats or 34.6% of the votes. Venstre has 9.7%, maintaining their recent share, and the Moderates have dropped to 6.5%, which is less than their 2022 result of 9.3%. The measurement’s statistical uncertainty is 2.4 percentage points.
