TDC Network running normally again
TDC Net’s mobile network has reportedly returned to normal operation after challenges on Thursday that resulted in many calls not going through. Communication Chief Lasse Bjerre Sørensen confirmed to Ritzau that the traffic jam in the 4G network throughout the day has been cleared. The issues caused widespread problems, including hindering citizens’ ability to call emergency services. Police patrols were increased across the country, and additional visits were arranged for vulnerable citizens in Køge and Aarhus due to impacted emergency calls for those at home and in nursing homes. The problem was likely due to an internal technical error at the company, possibly related to an update, Sørensen stated earlier.
