15-Year-old Swede suspected of violence in Copenhagen

A 15-year-old Swedish boy, arrested in Alicante, Spain, is suspected of involvement in violent acts in Copenhagen, according to the Swedish news agency TT. He is also suspected of recruiting others for serious crimes and planning multiple murders in Sweden. Anna Arnell, a prosecutor, mentioned his role in recruiting individuals for these violent acts. The boy is linked to serious personal injury crimes in Copenhagen, involving attempts of murders and possession of pistols and grenades. His father, also arrested in Spain, is suspected of leading a serious drug crime case, laundering, and planning to smuggle firearms into Sweden. The arrests are part of an international operation involving Danish, Swedish, Spanish police and Europol, targeting online forums used to recruit youths down to 13-14 years for crimes such as murder. The suspects are currently detained in Spain, with Swedish authorities seeking extradition.
