In 2015, a rapist legally changed gender from male to female and has, citing the new social security number, requested to serve the sentence in the women’s department. We assume that the Supreme Court will say an irrevocable no. Anything else would be an insult to a massive number of Danes’ sense of justice and the general attitude towards reason.
