Police link series of vandalism incidents
North Jutland Police suspect a connection between a late Sunday night tree felling in Arden and two other instances of vandalism in the town. Previously, a school’s new play tower was damaged and fence posts were knocked down onto a field and enclosure in Arden. Although a man collided with the fallen tree, only his car was damaged. The police are actively investigating, including examining surveillance and re-interviewing witnesses. They believe multiple individuals are involved and are seeking public assistance. The recent vandalism is reminiscent of an incident in Sorø, where a man died when a tree fell on his car, leading to the arrest of six men.
