Top lawyer removed from 58 bankruptcies
Nicolai Dyhr, a prominent lawyer, has been dismissed as the administrator in 58 ongoing bankruptcy cases following a decision by the Maritime and Commercial Court, as informed to TV 2. This action comes after Dyhr’s features in TV 2’s documentary ‘The Black Swan,’ which exposes connections between the criminal sphere and figures like business people and lawyers, including serious crimes like money laundering and fraud with the disposal of contaminated soil. Former head of supervision at the Danish Bar and Law Society, Lars Økjær Jørgensen, noted that such a large-scale removal of an administrator is unprecedented. Over the weekend, Dyhr was fired from the major law firm Horten as a direct consequence of the documentary. He has denied any wrongdoing, both to the media and on Linkedin.
