Alternative expels Scavenius from party group

Theresa Scavenius has been expelled from the Alternative’s parliamentary group, leaving her rapporteurships to the remaining five members of Parliament, who wanted her excluded altogether. Party leader Franciska Rosenkilde is to take over the climate portfolio, while Sascha Faxe will be the new defence and peace spokesperson and spokesperson for Nordic co-operation, according to the Parliamentary website. At time of writing, the Alternative Party had not sent a press release on the new constitution after a clash over the weekend. Helene Liliendahl Brydensholt will be the new EU and Greenland spokesperson, while Christina Olumeko will be rapporteur for digitalisation and IT as well as media and education and research.
