Jyllands-Posten: Five Prime Ministers have already tried

Time will tell whether this attempt to create dignified elderly care will meet a different fate than the previous ones. As with so many other efforts to reform the colossus that the welfare state also is, there is only one thing to do: Cross your fingers and hope that this time it may succeed.
