Børsen: Coop’s reality check is healthy

Coop’s closure of stores and the elimination of jobs are the two most visible actions in the rescue plan announced on Thursday. However, the most important initiative is something else. It is that Coop will join the Danish Business Association and move its store employees and warehouse workers onto one or more collective agreements with the Danish Business Association.
