Jyllands-Posten

The Danish CPR-law prohibits legal gender change for transgender children and youth under 18 years of age. However, since 2020, a number of ministers have been aware that the law should be changed to ensure Denmark complies with human rights. This is shown by Jyllands-Posten’s review of the case, which also reveals that eight transgender children have been denied their applications.
