Kristeligt Dagblad: Of course, a convicted rapist should not serve time among women

Common sense has prevailed in the Danish legal system when distinguishing between a physical and a legal woman. One should not gamble with the risk of rape. The controversial thing is not that the court takes into account women’s safety. The controversy would be if the Supreme Court chooses to go against this and prioritize gender over safety.
