Moderates improve work environment after inspections
The Moderates party has successfully addressed issues related to workplace bullying and harassment as required by the Danish Working Environment Authority (Arbejdstilsynet). The authority has approved the party’s remedial actions, which include firings and the implementation of policies such as a zero-tolerance approach to demeaning behavior and a policy for office relationships. The situation came to light after a report to the authority from current and former employees detailed a toxic work environment. The Moderates have also held a seminar aimed at team building and have launched a whistleblower scheme and conducted a well-being survey. Party secretary Morten E. G. Brautsch stated that working transparently with employees has been key to improving the work environment, indicating that while progress has been made, they are not yet at the goal.
