Women are still parked on the sidelines in business: We cannot be satisfied with the fact that the number of female CEOs is low. Berlingske is opposed to quotas because it is the wrong way to realise gender equality. But the risk of quotas being introduced increases if business itself does not succeed in finding ways to increase gender equality.
