C-more to stop own stream

At the end of the year, it will no longer be possible to watch movies and series via the streaming service C-More’s website or app, the service says in a news item on the service’s website. According to Jens Andreasen, Country Manager for C More, they will instead focus on their partners. “The reason is that we – throughout the time C More has been on the market – have primarily focused on our agreements with other partners in the market. And that’s always been the biggest business plan for us, so we want to develop that some more. That’s why we’re downgrading our own customer base by shutting down that business,” he says. Instead, C-more says that after January 1, 2024 its movies and series can be seen with its partners that include TV 2 Play and YouSee. /ritzau/
