Difficult terrain slows accident probe in funen

An investigation into a severe labor accident in Flemløse, Funen, is prolonged due to challenging terrain, as stated by Funen Police in a late Tuesday press release. Although the nature of the ‘difficult terrain’ remains unspecified by the police, they anticipate providing further status during a Wednesday press conference. Two fatalities were reported, and multiple individuals incurred serious to moderate injuries related to the incident involving a silo. The accident presumably occurred during work near a silo and the area continued to be searched for additional victims until late Tuesday night. Police, health emergency services, rescue teams, and the Danish Emergency Management Agency worked on-site, with further assistance expected overnight. The Labor Inspectorate has also joined the investigation.
