Jyllands-Posten: Stop parent-teacher meetings with criminal clans

Mayors demand more and more effective tools against super-criminal families. These already exist. Enough money, lives, and well-being have been wasted on ineffective, soft-hearted efforts. Something different and more substantial is needed, and it seems all too obvious to use elements from the gang package to avoid doing so.
