Tivoli leads Denmark’s Top attractions list
Tivoli in Copenhagen ranked as Denmark’s most visited attraction last year with over four million visitors, according to visit Denmark statistics. Following Tivoli, Dyrehavsbakken and the Copenhagen Zoo took second and third place respectively. Charlotte Rømer Rassing, analysis chief at VisitDenmark, notes a broad interest in Danish experiences and a 6.2% increase in visitors compared to 2022. However, comparisons to previous years are challenging due to a new methodology that counts only attractions with official visit numbers. This change resulted in a shorter list than in previous years. Legoland and BonBon-Land were excluded from the count due to undisclosed attendance figures. The top ten amusement parks and museums attracted nearly 7.8 million and 5.2 million visitors respectively.
