The unrest in the financial markets has caused interest rates to plummet, and this is good news for Danish homeowners. Mikkel Høegh, head of housing economics at Jyske Bank, believes it is likely that the 3 percent loan will make a comeback, but conversely, Nordea’s chief analyst Jan Størup Nielsen thinks that interest rates will rise again.
