Bandidos MC temporarily banned in Denmark

Danish police have temporarily prohibited the Bandidos motorcycle club and their back patches as of Wednesday, with police director Lasse Boje confirming the immediate operation to visit all known hangouts. Officials, including the Debt Agency, have initiated actions against Bandidos members targeting their finances. The ban’s legality will be contested in court in Helsingør to determine if dissolving the association violates the Constitution. The interim ban criminalizes the public display of the club’s symbols. Since April, police had been preparing a case against Bandidos, collecting evidence related to their members’ involvement in crime, including studying various court rulings. According to the police, Bandidos is engaged in illegal activities and has been involved in ten violent conflicts with other groups. The prior initiation of a case against the gang Loyal To Familia was upheld by the Supreme Court.
