The Attorney General assesses that it must or should have been clear to the management of Borup School at least from the middle of 2023 to 2024 that the teaching environment in a single class meant that an action plan had to be made. (Archive photo). Photo: Mads Claus Rasmussen/Ritzau Scanpix
Borup School Needed Sooner Action Plan
The management at Borup School should have developed an action plan earlier for one specific class to comply with the Educational Environment Act obligations, according to the Legal Adviser (Kammeradvokaten). This assessment was part of a statement released Wednesday morning by Køge Municipality. The purpose of the investigation was to evaluate how the municipality and the school administration handled a series of incidents involving student harassment in primary classes. The investigation did not address whether any actual violence or abuse took place at the school.
