Trump won’t run again If he loses election

Republican candidate Donald Trump, 78, in an interview with Full Measure, has ruled out running for president in 2028 if he loses the upcoming November election. The election on November 5 will decide whether Democrat Kamala Harris or former President Trump will succeed Joe Biden. This is Trump’s third consecutive presidential bid as the Republican candidate. He defeated Hillary Clinton in 2016 but lost to Joe Biden in 2020. Trump is in a tight race with his Democratic opponent, Kamala Harris, especially in pivotal swing states. Bidens’ support crumbled within a month following a disastrous debate with Trump, with Biden’s age being a central issue, leading to Biden’s exit from the race on July 21. Trump, who once refused to accept his loss in 2020 and whose supporters stormed the Capitol building on January 6, 2021, has also repeatedly declined to commit to accepting the upcoming election results unconditionally.
