Biker gang enforces secrecy pacts

In Helsingør court, Bandidos’ Europe president, Michael Rosenvold, disclosed that the biker group requires members to sign confidentiality agreements, restraining them from speaking about the group or releasing books without leadership approval. The measure was enacted to prevent former members from profiting from their stories, particularly after incidents involving ex-Bandidos like Brian Sandberg, who publicized his experiences. Breaking the agreement incurs a substantial fine. Rosenvold, who also signed the pact, revealed guidelines advising members against promoting violence or disparaging informants. The ongoing legal case seeks to demonstrate Bandidos’ unlawful objectives as grounds for its disbandment, with a verdict expected post-summer.
