Elvira Pitzner Acquitted in Dubai Case

Danish reality star Elvira Pitzner and her friend Mortada Haddad have been acquitted of adultery in Dubai reports the danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet. Their lawyer, Noura Taysser, assured that they would soon get their passports back. Elvira Pitzner, known from ‘Diamantfamilien’, was initially jailed in early December but later released on bail with her passport seized. She and Haddad, have been accused of being lovers by her Iranian ex-boyfriend, boxer Milad Saadati, who claimed they violated Sharia law, under which he and Elvira Pitzner were Islamically married in 2021. Danish Justice Minister Peter Hummelgaard previously discussed the case with his Emirati counterpart, hoping to expedite the process.
