Børsen: Bank customers complain, but it’s just empty talk

The fact is that only a few Danes switch banks. They say they want to switch, but they don’t do it. The Competition and Consumer Authority wrote in its analysis of the banking market in August 2022 that “customer mobility in the banking market is about 5 percent annually, and the level has been essentially unchanged for the past ten years.”
