Aarstiderne CEO steps down after 22 years

Annette Hartvig Bohé steps down as CEO of Aarstiderne, a company specializing in meals boxes, after 22 years. Her successor, effective May 1st, is Heidi Boye, the former country director at Too Good To Go. The change marks the end of an era and comes as Aarstiderne undergoes a company revitalization. After a revenue decline, Aarstiderne reported a profitable year in 2023, with earnings of 9.4 million DKK, recovering from a nearly 35 million DKK loss the previous year, through cost control, operational efficiencies, and focusing on core competencies. Heidi Boye, who has a master’s and a Ph.D. in consumer behavior, aims to influence sustainable food habits and culture in her new role.
