Tax preview sees 300K fewer logins this year
Interest in Denmark’s tax advance statements for 2025 has dropped with 328,000 fewer logins compared to the same time last year. A total of 1,563,113 logins were recorded since the statements became available on November 11. Ulrick Junge, Deputy Director at the Danish Tax Agency, attributes the decline to the second year of housing tax being included in the advance statements, diminishing the urgency check it. Although fewer people logged in during the first week than last year, many still followed the advice to check their statements, especially if changes in their finances or lifestyle occurred, to adjust their taxes accordingly. The agency also reports a decrease in adjustments to advance statements, with 411,000 fewer updates than the previous year.
