More than two and a half years after Russia’s unprovoked invasion of Ukraine, the West’s attempt to isolate the Russian dictator has failed. More than 20 heads of state and government traveled to the BRICS summit in Kazan this week, where they praised Putin. The meeting underscored that the West no longer dictates to the rest of the world.
