The clear rejection of Donald Trump’s plans to take control of Greenland could – with hopeful eyes – perhaps bring a bit more realism into the debate about Greenland’s future. Any cold shoulder from Denmark will only add fuel to the fire for politicians in Greenland who demand an early secession.
