DSV CEO to change communication after criticism
DSV’s CEO Jens Lund acknowledged to Børsen that his communication might be perceived as unpleasant and promised to work on changing it. This comes after anonymous testimonies from 14 current and former employees described him as a leader who publicly admonished and humiliated staff. Lund explained his direct communication as a product of his commitment to the company’s operations and high standards for himself and the leadership team. DSV’s internal surveys reportedly show higher employee satisfaction and loyalty compared to other companies. Founded in 1976, DSV is a Danish transport and logistics company offering various transport and logistics services in over 90 countries. It is publicly traded and has around 160,000 employees, with a turnover of 167.1 billion kroner in the last year after acquiring DB Schenker.
