Ekstra Bladet: Who is responsible?

The new rooftop cinema must be Denmark’s most expensive cinema – three-quarters of a million kroner per seat. We would like to know how in heaven’s name a cinema construction could get so out of hand? Who will get the bill – the taxpayers or the film industry? What will be the consequences for those who have failed in their responsibility?
